Event Overview

The Annual Asian Heritage Fest at Asia Times Square will take place on May 9th-11th, 2026 in honor of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month!

We invite you to run/walk with us at the 2nd annual "5K RACE TO REPLACE HATE." Celebrate and support the diverse heritage of the AANHPI Community with the DFW Metroplex as we stride forward together for 3.1 miles to replace hate with LOVE, COMMUNITY, and CULTURE.

Registration Information

Registration net proceeds will be donated to Asian American / Pacific Islander Nurses Association, Inc. (AAPINA). Can't walk/run in person? No worries! Choose our Virtual option and receive your T-shirt and Medal by mail.

• 1st Place: Trophy + $100 Cash & $200 Vendor Credit for 'Asian Heritage Fest'

• 3rd Place: Trophy + $50 Vendor Credit for 'Asian Heritage Fest'
• Categories: Prizes will be awarded to both the top three male AND female finishers

Packet Pickup

• Pre-Packet Pickup: Asia Times Square, May 8th, 2026, 3pm-6pm
• Race Day Pickup: Asia Times Square, May 9th, 2026, 7am-7:45am

• Kids: Kids 3 and under can run FREE from parent(s), and dogs & strollers are welcome (please line up according to pace - i.e., walkers at the back)

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy: This event will proceed rain or shine or snow or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no refund policy.

Weather Conditions: In the event of extreme weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to a half hour. Past this time, the event course may be shortened or altered to protect participants.

Safety Concerns: If conditions turn into lightning, ice or become unsafe, the event may be cancelled. Event changes and cancellations are at the discretion of the Race Director.

We appreciate your understanding of these policies and thank you for your participation.

If you are unable to participate in the event, or the event is canceled, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal and you simply run the race on your own time on your own course. See our virtual race information for complete details.
