We welcome and encourage you to come out and join us for our 6th Annual Healthy Start Mind & Body 5K Run/Walk, to JUMP START the Fall Season off to a Healthy Start and help a worthy cause! The purpose of this event is to promote and raise awareness of Alzheimer’s Disease while being mindful of how keeping our mind & body active leads to a healthy life with positive outcomes.

• Donations: Also, consider supporting this cause by additionally donating any amount that will help the Alzheimer’s Association in their endeavor to providing Alzheimer’s care, programming, support, and research.

🌳 Race Information

The 5K race will be held at the beautiful, Occoquan Regional Park in Lorton, Virginia. This paved course winds its way along the delightful Occoquan River, extending you splendid, scenic views throughout the park’s natural terrain.

🎉 Post-Race Festivities

• DJ: We will have a DJ on site.
• Awards: There will be an award ceremony after the completion of the race.
• Catering: Enjoy a catered meal at the Occoquan Regional Park Pavilion.
