• Location: Rockville Lions Park, Pleasant Lake, Saint Cloud, MN
• Course: The Fire Burst 5K is a scenic course that begins and ends in Lion's Park on Lake Road (Pleasant Lake) Rockville, MN. The course starts along Pleasant Lake on Lake Road, loops through neighborhoods and finishes with a fast downhill and flat last mile.

👶 Kids Fun Run

Kids fun run course is on the Park trail completely within Lion's Park. Custom Fire Burst medal for each participant.

👕 Participant Perks

• T-Shirt: 5K T-Shirt is guaranteed for 5K participants if registered by May 31st.
• Breakfast: Pancake/sausage breakfast available for purchase. $10 a plate: kids age 4 and under are free.
