Lace up and join us for the Men':s Health Awareness 5K on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM, hosted by Present Pillars Foundation! This empowering event kicks off and finishes at The Pillar Center in downtown Benton Harbor, and is designed to bring our community together to raise awareness around the importance of men’s physical and mental wellness.

Whether you’re walking, jogging, or running, this event is about taking steps—literally and figuratively—toward a healthier life. Bring your family, your friends, and your energy!
