🌊 Race Overview

Have you always dreamed of Kona? Well, how about a mini version to start you off?

🚴‍♂️ Swim and Bike Course

• Swim Distance: 800 Meter swim along the Tellico Dam with an out-and-back swim course.
• Loops: Two loops will get you OLYMPIC!
• Bike Course: 16-mile rolling hill bike course, Olympic course extends to 25 miles for scenic views.
• Sights: The sights are beautiful!

🏃‍♀️ Run Course

Following the bike, you will head out on a run that takes you out and back along the dam to a finish to remember...You know at PBR it’s all about you.

• Sprint Bike: View Route
• Olympic Bike: View Route
• 5k/10k Run Courses: View Routes
• Registration: There will also be a 5k/10k run only course!

📅 Event Details

• Packet Pickup: Friday, May 9th from 5:30pm-7pm and Saturday from 5:30am till 7:20am.
• Race Day Start: Transition opens at 5:30 am.
• Gathering: 7:20 am for swim start and pre-race announcements.
• Race Schedule: 7:30 am Sprint swimmers start, 7:45 am Olympic swimmers start, 8 am 5k/10k starts, 11 am Kids Splash N Dash!

Personal Best Racing has a NO REFUND policy. No Exceptions. There is insurance available during your registration to purchase for these purposes.

⚠️ Event Cancellation / Modification Policy

• Safety First: Decisions based on safety with local officials will be made.
• Course Alterations: Courses and/or race segments may be altered as agreed.
• Financial Responsibility: Each registered participant assumes risk: no refunds or free entries for cancellations.
• No Savings: Personal Best Management does not save money if events are canceled for reasons beyond control.
