Have you ever experienced the runner’s high that comes with conquering a race? There’s nothing quite like it.

🎯 Training Program Details

• Program Type: Fleet Feet Northern New Jersey are excited to offer BOTH a half and full marathon training program.
• Target Races: This program will prepare you for two of the most exciting marathons of the year: NYC Marathon or The Philadelphia Marathon!
• Half Marathon Option: If you’re not ready for a full marathon, join us for our 12 week Half marathon training program designed for the Superhero Harding Halloween Half marathon.
• Coaching: Your RRCA &: USATF certified Fleet Feet coaches will help you with all you need to meet your race goal.

📅 Program Schedule

• Start Date: Join us and our amazing sponsor, starting the week of August 4th, 2024.
• Locations: Training sessions will be held at our Westfield and Morristown locations.
• Meeting Times: Thursday evenings at 6pm in Morristown or 6:30pm in Westfield, with Sunday mornings at 7am alternating between locations.

🏋️‍♀️ Training Approach

• Program Duration: We've structured our 16-week marathon training program to peak with the Philadelphia Marathon on November 23rd, adaptable for any November or December marathon.
• Training Components: Our approach includes endurance building, speed runs, hill workouts, cross training, and long runs.
• Fitness Requirement: We suggest you confidently run 5 miles before signing up for the training program.

• Group Support: Your coaches and fellow training group members will provide the guidance and motivation you need to stay on track and have fun.
• Group Runs: Enjoy great group runs on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings.
