🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Summer 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Class Details

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week
• Age Range: Kids aged 8-14 years old
• Goals: Have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning
• Capacity: Class will be capped at 30 registrants

💰 Cost Information

Cost of the class is $65. No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering.

• Included: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week
• Training Plan: A season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days
• Discount: 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply)
• Extras: Educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a training shirt

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.
