🍽️ About Chi-Care

• Mission: Chi-Care distributes over 1500 meals each week to those facing food insecurities.
• Routes: Our routes include encampments throughout Chicagoland, train stations, and partnerships with shelters.
• Services: We offer warm meals, water, hygiene kits, snacks, and more to those in need.
• Wellness Fairs: Chi-Care participates in weekly Wellness Fairs, providing wraparound services, healthcare, and housing assistance.
