The Hampshire Township Park District presents the 42nd Annual Coon Creek Classic 2K & 10K Race in Hampshire, IL!

🏅 Race Details

• 10K Race: A challenge for trained runners.
• 2K Race: Great for all ages, perfect for walkers.
• Route: The 2K race runs down State St.
• Weather Policy: Race goes on rain or shine unless unsafe conditions are present.

⏰ Race Times

10K begins at 8am and 2K begins at 8:05am. The race will go on rain or shine. However, if weather is declared unsafe at start time, such as dense fog or storms, race time will be delayed.

📝 Registration and Pricing

Online registration is open now until August 8th at 3:00pm. Registration re-opens on race day from 7:00am to 7:45am at Hampshire Middle School in person only. No entries will be accepted after 7:45am.

💲 Pricing Structure

• 10K & 2K Hampshire Residents: $30 until May 31st, $35 June 1st- July 20th, $40 July 21st- August 8th.
• 10K & 2K Non-Residents: $35nr until May 31st, $40nr June 1st- July 20th, $45nr July 21st- August 8th.
• 2K Child (12 years and under): $15/$20nr until May 31st, $20/$25nr June 1st- July 20th, $25/$30nr July 21st- August 8th.
