The Forrest Spence 5K returns on August 23rd, 2025 for our 5th year at Shelby Farms Park.
Don’t just run, run to serve a family in need.

🎉 Family Fun Activities

• Kids' Dash: A 100 yard dash for kids (9 & under) at 9:15 AM.
• Fun Run: 1 Mile Fun Run for kids (12 & under) at 9:20 AM.
• Entertainment: There will be games, bounce houses, slides, food, awards, door prizes, and more.

❤️ About the Forrest Spence Fund

The Forrest Spence Fund is an official 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that assists with the non-medical needs of critically or chronically ill children and their families throughout the Mid-South. We have assisted over 120,000 families with a sick child.

🌐 Ghost Runner / Virtual Runner

If you are unable to join us in person, we would love to have you join us as a Ghost Runner/Virtual Runner. You can choose to have your packet mailed to you instead of having to attend a packet pickup during the registration process.
