🎉 Event Description

• Inspiration: The Memphis Thunder Racing Kids Triathlon is an inspiring event for youth triathletes. One of Cory’s dreams was to offer a kids triathlon and we have successfully been promoting the sport of triathlon and keeping his spirit alive through the Thunder Kids Tri since 2005.
• Annual Race: 2024 marks the 19th annual race that brings together youth, families, and the community in an amazing spectacle of the sport of triathlon.
• Priceless Moments: The smiles on the kids' faces as they cross the finish line are priceless!
• Team Participation: Kids may complete the entire event as an individual or pair up with 2 others as a relay team.

🏆 Race Divisions

• Junior Division: Ages 6-10 - 100 yards swim, 5 km bike, 1 km run
• Senior Division: Ages 11-17 - 200 yards swim, 10 km bike, 2 km run
• Format: Two distances will be offered by age group.
• Relay Option: Participants can compete as a team of three, or individually.
