🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Get ready, Gainesville, FL, for 4.3 mile OCR with 23+ obstacles and the monster 140-foot finishers rig set in Gainesville FL, only 40 minutes from Jacksonville. Your abilities will be tested as you encounter the massive mud holes and 140-foot-plus finisher rig. SOME COW PATTIES in the fields, light swamps, muddy streams, rolling pine forests, and NEW and exciting obstacles for 2025. This course will challenge even the experienced runners and set new standards of family fun.

⏰ Race Schedule

• Ninja Run: 50-yard timed Ninja run starting from 10:45 - 1:45, top 10 runners compete head to head.
• Trail Run/Walk: 5-mile trail run/walk starts at 1:15, mostly wooded spots with 2 water stops.
• National Anthem: All first responders, law enforcement, military veterans meet at the flagpole at 7:55 to salute the flag.
• Packet Pickup: Opens at 7:15 a.m. Athletes receive custom OCR OVERLOAD bib and timing strap.

💦 Course Features

• Water Stations: Three stations on the course at heavy carry obstacles, please dispose of bottles properly.
• Elite Wave: Must have 100% obstacle completion for Florida Championship Series points in 2026.
• Low Rigs Rules: Feet cannot touch the ground: use trusses during transitions.
• No Penalties: 100% completion required with bands, take your time at the rigs.

• Elite Heat Awards: Available for both men and women.
• Podium Opportunities 0-50 Elite Runners: 1st place - $200, 2nd place - $150, 3rd place - $100.
• Podium Opportunities 51-100 Elite Runners: 1st place - $400, 2nd place - $200, 3rd place - $150.
• Completion Requirement: 100% obstacle completion is required for prizes.

• Family Friendly: OCR OVERLOAD aims to get families out to enjoy themselves.
• Signature Obstacles: A variety of obstacles for everyone to try and enjoy.
• Supportive Volunteers: Volunteers will be available to help you along the way.

• T-Shirts & Medals: Race swag available at the finish line.
• Showers: A water hose station will be available for cleaning up.
• Food & Drinks: Local food vendors, finisher beer and wine for age 21+.
• Parking: $10.00 Cash only at Venue.
