Prairie Moon 5k Pumpkin Fun Run

🎃 Event Overview

• Date: October 25, 2025
• Location: Prairie Moon Waldorf School, Lawrence, KS
• Registration: Online until October 24 at 9pm
• In-Person Registration: Available at packet pick-up or on race day between 8:30-9am

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• 5K Start Time: 9:30am
• Fun Run: A <1 mile fun run/obstacle course for younger ones at 10:30am
• Post-Race Activities: Pumpkin painting, chess, games, tacos, coffee, and baked goods
• Course Route: Gravel road (1600 Rd) to Mud Creek levee trail and back

💰 Registration Fees

• Adults (18+): $35 per person + fees (includes t-shirt)
• Youth (17 and younger): $10 per person (t-shirt option for $15)
• 5K Registration: Comes with a timed bib
• Fun Run Registration: Option to add a shirt for $20 (t-shirt size not guaranteed after October 11)

🏆 Prizes and Packet Pick-Up

• Prizes: For top finishers donated by local stores
• Packet Pick-Up: October 24 from 3-6 pm and morning of the race 8:30-9:15 am inside the school
• Post-Race Options: Food trucks, coffee, face painting, family fun activities
• Fun Run: Not timed: enjoy the activities afterwards
