💖 Purpose of the Race

• Beneficiary: Signing up for the JayDoc Memorial 5K directly benefits the JayDoc Free Clinic, located at 340 Southwest Blvd and provides medical and dental care for the uninsured and underinsured population of Kansas City.
• Funding: The clinic operates on the help of both student and physician/dentist volunteers and is funded entirely through donations and grants.
• Impact: This 5K is one of the many efforts to raise funds so that the clinic can afford lab testing, medications, and supplies.
• Contribution: With your sign-up, money will be going directly to fund this cause — to provide necessary medical care for those who would otherwise not receive it!

🕒 Race Details

• Start Time: There will be a 10:00am start.
• Packet Pick-up: Packet pick up will begin at 9:00am at the parking lot near The Theatre in the Park. If you sign up before 08/24, we will do our best to ensure you get a JayDoc Memorial 5K T-shirt.
• Address: The Theatre in the Park is located at 7710 Renner Road, Shawnee, KS 66218.
• Results and Awards: We will use hand timing and the race results will be compiled and sent out by email.
