Fall 2025 Kids Fun Run & 3K training in Holly Springs is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Program Details

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
• Age Group: Geared toward introducing kids aged 5-10 years old to running.
• Focus: Fun and game-based play, culminating in a 3K at the end of the season.
• Capacity: Class will be capped at 40 registrants.

💰 Cost and Refund Policy

Cost of the class is $65. No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering. Please do not register if you're unsure of your child's schedule and have a potential conflict with another activity.

• Includes: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week.
• Discount: 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply).
• Training Shirt: Participants will receive a training shirt.

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

👩‍🏫 Coaching & Schedule

Coach Tara Wind will coach this class.

• Program Dates: September 7, 2025 - October 26, 2025.
• Class Frequency: 1 class per week on Sundays from 4-5pm.
• Meet Location: The class will meet at Jones Park, (405 School Days Lane, Holly Springs, NC 27540).
