Chanoko 31K, 10K & 5K Trail Runs

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

The Chanoko 31K, 10K & 5K Trail Runs are back with a NEW 10K on March 7th, 2026!

📅 Event Details and Schedule

• Event Types: The Chanoko Trail Runs offer three distances to choose from: 31K, 10K and 5K.
• Finishers’ Rewards: Finishers at the 31K will receive a custom Finishers long-sleeve hoodie. Finishers in the 10K & 5K will receive Finisher Medals for both distances.
• Post Race Food: We will have post race food for all runners at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake after their runs are finished.
• Awards: Overall male and female Champions in each race will receive special Champion awards and age-group awards will be presented three-deep for both races.

📦 Finisher Apparel and Shuttle Information

• Finisher Apparel: Athletes signing up race week will have their Finisher apparel mailed to them. It may not be available after the race.
• Shuttle Bus: A Shuttle Bus for 31K runners will depart the finish area at Granite Beach to head to the start line at 7:30 am. Tickets are available on a limited first-come basis for $25.
• Aid Stations: There will be six aid stations on the 31K course stocked with cold water, FLUID electrolyte beverage, energy gels and sweet and salty snacks along with Vasoline and first aid.
• Packet Pickup: Bib number pick-up will be available at the start site at Auburn Overlook Park on race morning from 7 am to 8:00 am. Goody bags and t-shirts will be available at the finish before and after the race.

🕖 Race Day Schedule

• 7 am: Registration/Packet Pick up opens (31K at Start in Auburn)
• 7:30 am: Bus departs transporting runners to start for 31K
• 8:30 am: Start of Chanoko 31K (at Auburn Overlook)
• 8:00 am: Start of the Chanoko 10K & 5K (at Granite Beach)

💵 Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.

🎽 Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $50 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing Volunteers@totalbodyfitness.com as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
