Hartsville Fox Trot 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Event: Fox Trot 5K
• Date: August 2, 2025
• Start Time: 8:00 AM
• Location: Hartsville High School, 701 Lewellyn Drive, Hartsville, SC 29550

💰 Purpose

• Beneficiaries: Proceeds will benefit the Hartsville High School Athletics Program and the Hartsville High Track & Field Program.
• Course: The race course will be flat and fast and guarantees to be a great race.
• Shirts: Race Shirts guaranteed to the first 150 participants to register.
• Distribution: Shirts MUST be picked up on the day of the race and will not be mailed or delivered.

🏅 Awards

• Overall Awards: 1st-3rd Male and Female will receive medals.
• Age Categories: Awards for Masters Level, 10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
• Criteria: Overall awards are based on gun time.
• Categories: Each age category will award the top 3 male and female participants.

💵 Registration Fees

• Early Bird: Register before July 1st for $30.
• Standard: July 1st-August 2nd: $35.
• Race Day: Registration on race day: $40.

📍 Packet Pickup

• Location: Hartsville High School, 701 Lewellyn Drive, Hartsville, SC 29550.
• Time: Packet Pickup and race day registration from 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM.
• Parking: Participants should park in the student parking lot, entering from Washington Street.
• Access Information: This parking lot is in front of the Basketball Arena.

🐶 Event Notes

• Pets: Pets are welcome but outdoors only please.
• Parking Restrictions: Please adhere to parking in the student parking lot as mentioned above.
