Run, White and Blue 4th of July 5k is a walk or fun run family event which you can enjoy while taking in the amazing landscape of our beautiful Grande Lakes resort! The race takes place on the back 9 of our 18-hole championship course inspired by the legendary golf course designer Greg Norman.

🥂 Post-Race Celebration

• Refreshments: After the race, replenish your body with champagne or mimosas, assortment of healthy snack options, as well as a stretching and massage by our therapists featuring Theragun.
• Exclusive Gear: You will also receive an exclusive T-shirt and medal, special goodie bag, and a chance to enter into a raffle for a complimentary massage, a facial, a manicure/pedicure and/or a special gift bag from our Spa partners and more!
• Open to All: This race is open to all of our resort's guests and general public. All ages are welcome.

• Kids 12 and under: $50

⏰ Race Instructions

• Packet Pick-up: will be on Race Day morning starting at 6:30 am prior to the run with the race/walk starting promptly at 7:30 am.
• Parking: is complimentary. Please utilize either valet location at The Ritz-Carlton or JW Marriott.
• Event Check-in: will be located on the Valencia Courtyard, adjacent to the Spa starting at 6:30 am.

🧘‍♀️ Restorative Yoga Master Class

After you’ve crossed the finish line, give your body the reset it deserves. Join us for a restorative yoga class designed specifically for runners, focused on deep stretching, breathwork, and recovery.

🌌 Class Highlights

• Intentional Movement: This session will guide you through intentional movement to release tension from the hips, hamstrings, and lower back, while opening the body and nervous system back into balance.
• Sound Bowl Meditation: We’ll close with a grounding sound bowl meditation, allowing your breath and heartbeat to return to center as you float into stillness under the sky.
