Run 4 Recovery Overview

Join us for our 11th Annual Run 4 Recovery!

• History: For more than a decade, Run 4 Recovery has brought people together in support of hope, healing, and recovery.
• Race Options: This year, we’re continuing the momentum with both our 5K and 10K race options, giving participants of all experience levels a chance to be part of something meaningful.
• Community: Whether you run, walk, volunteer, or cheer from the sidelines, Run 4 Recovery is about coming together as a community to support recovery and remind people they are not alone.
• Support: Every step taken helps support the mission of Recovery Alive at Temple City Church and its commitment to bringing hope and restoration to those who need it most.

Registration Information

• 5K Registration: Early Bird Registration: $30 through 9/6: Registration increases to $35 after 9/6.
• 10K Registration: Early Bird Registration: $40 through 9/6: Registration increases to $45 after 9/6.
• Participant Benefits: All participants will receive an official Run 4 Recovery T-shirt and a finisher medal while supplies last.

Packet Pickup

• Friday, September 26: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Temple City Church, 1250 South Pollock Street, Selma, NC 27576.
• Race Day Pickup: Saturday, September 27 from 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM at Race Start Location, 700 M Durwood Stephenson Parkway.

Virtual Race Option

• Participation: Can’t make it on race day but still want to participate? Join us virtually!
• Completion: Virtual participants can complete their race September 27–28 and upload their run through RaceJoy.
• Rewards: Virtual runners will also receive a T-shirt and finisher medal.
• Shipping: Participants may pick up their race shirt locally, or have it shipped for an additional $5. Registrations after 9/1 will still receive shirts, but delivery by race day is not guaranteed.

Entry fees are non-refundable.

Awards

• Overall Finishers: Top 2 Overall Male and Female finishers.
• Age Categories: Top 2 Male and Female finishers in each age category for both races.
• Team Awards: Fastest Team and Largest Team.
