• Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025
• 5K race start time: 9:00 a.m.
• Fun Run/Walk start time: 9:10 a.m.
• Check-in: 8-8:30 a.m.

💵 Cost

• 5K Early-bird registration fee: $35 through September 15, 2025
• 5K registration fee: $45 September 16 - October 25, 2025
• Fun Run registration fee: $20

🍂 Race Details

• Course: Enjoy the fall foliage as you run a portion of the Springfield Greenway, along beautiful Sulphur Creek.
• Paved Course: The 5K race is a paved course with only minor elevation, perfect for experienced and beginning runners alike!
• Water Stations: Water will be available at the start/finish area and half-point turnaround.
• Timing: The 5K will be timed using chipped bibs: the Fun Run/Walk will not be timed.
• Parking: Parking will be available on the grounds.

👻 Costume Contest

It's Halloween after all! Everyone wearing a costume will be entered in our costume contest. Prizes given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! Bring your friends, bring your kids, bring your dog, and have a little fun while exploring one of the most beautiful walking areas in Robertson County.

🏅 Medals

• Finishers: Everyone who crosses the finish line for either the 5K or the Fun Run will receive a unique medal.
• Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals will be awarded to age categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-30, 31-44, 45-55, and 56 and older.

👕 T-Shirts

T-shirts are only guaranteed for those registered by October 10th. We cannot provide shirts for walk-up registrants. To ensure an event shirt, you must register by October 10th.

🔍 Early Check-in

We will have an early check-in point on Friday night, October 24th. The location and time will be determined at a later date.

⚠️ Event Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Weather Policy: This is a rain or shine event. Your safety and well-being are our priority. We will cancel or delay the event for inclement/hazardous weather.
• Communication: In the event of cancellation or delay, we will communicate via the email address provided during registration and post updates to our Facebook (@:CASAofRobertson) and Instagram (robcocasa).
• No Refunds: We have a strict NO REFUND policy. If canceled, consider your registration fee a donation to a 501(c)3 organization.
• Shirt Pickup: You will still receive your shirt, and we will work with you to arrange pick up of those items.
