George Mason 5K and Fun Run

The George Mason 5K and Fun Run returns to the Fairfax campus on Saturday, October 18, 2025, as part of Family Weekend. This event brings together students, faculty, staff, alumni, families, and community members to celebrate student wellbeing.

💰 Support a Good Cause

All proceeds from this year’s event will support the George Mason University Disability Services Fund through the GMU Foundation. This fund helps expand access and accommodations for students with disabilities.

📦 Packet Pick-Up & Logistics

• Packet Pick-Up: 7:30–8:45 AM at Center for the Arts/Mason Pond
• Parking: Free (no Mason permit required) on Levels 1 & 2 Mason Pond Parking Deck and Lots J and K
• Course: Scenic paved loop through the Fairfax Campus, starting and finishing at Center for the Arts/Mason Pond
• Amenities: Water stations, post-race refreshments, event DJ

Please be aware that there are NO refunds for registration fees. This is a non-profit event, and ALL proceeds support the George Mason University Disability Services Fund.
