Paws For A Cause

🐾 Event Overview

All proceeds to benefit SPOT INTL, a nonprofit that provides character & leadership development to youth and young adults. Funds will be used for programs, materials, resources, and operational budget.

📅 Date & Time

• Date: Saturday, August 23, 2025.
• Start Time: 5k will start at 8:15 am.

📍 Location

• Venue: Stoner Boat Launch near the dog park.

📝 Registration

• Fees: $30 registration fee (t-shirt included) until July 15, 2025.
• Late Registration: $35 July 16th through race day.
• T-shirt Policy: No shirt can be guaranteed if registering later than August 10th.

💤 Sleep-in Supporters

• Support: If you’d like to support this cause and receive a t-shirt without having to break a sweat, you can register as a sleep-in supporter for $35 by July 15, 2025.
• Shipping: Your t-shirt will be shipped to the address provided on this form.

📦 Packet Pick-up

• Location: You may pick up your race packet at Sportspectrum.
• Dates: Thursday, August 21st from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday: August 22nd from 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Race Day: Starting at 7:00 a.m. at the race site.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Winners: 5k Overall male & female win an award.
• Age Divisions: 1st & 2nd place male and female in the following age divisions will also win an award: 8-under, 9-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.

🐕 Additional Competitions

• Categories: There will also be additional categories to enter your fur baby in for an additional $10 per category or select all 5 for $35.
• Sign Up: You can sign up for these competitions at the race site on race day.
• Categories Include: Show Dog, Biggest Dog, Smallest Dog, Best Dressed, Audience's Choice.

⚠️ Please Note About Pet Attendance

Only dogs that are well-behaved around other dogs and people are allowed. All animals must be leased.

🚫 Please Note:

Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand-pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates, or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on the run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!
