- Distance: 5K each hour
- Timing: On the hour, every hour
- Completion: Must finish each lap within the hour to continue
🚫 Rules of Engagement
- Rest: If you finish early, you rest until the next round
- Elimination: Miss a lap, and you’re out
- Final Challenge: Complete all six rounds to OUTLAST
