2026 Women's 6k Festival

Race Overview

• Date: July 11th, 2026
• Location: Downtown Centennial Plaza, Canton, OH
• Event: Women's 6K Festival
• Details: A morning celebrating women and girls of all ages with a 6K run/walk and fun festival.

Elite Championship

• Event: A race for top tier athletes.
• Participants: Notable distance runners including Kiera D'Amato and Molly Seidel.
• Entry: Exclusive invite with required time standards.
• Field Size: Limited to a select number of competitors.

Entry Standards

• A Standard: 15:35 5K or better (5:04 per mile pace)
• B Standard: 16:25 5K or better (5:17 per mile pace)

The Run/Walk

• Participants: Open to all women and girls of all abilities.
• Start Time: 8:05 AM, after the Elite Division at 8:00 AM.
• Distance: 6K course (3.73 miles).
• Awards: All finishers receive a beautiful finisher medal.

Virtual Race

• Participation: Join virtually if you can't attend in person.
• Inclusions: Participants receive a t-shirt, finisher medal, and bib.
• Flexibility: Run on your chosen 6K course: share your results and photos.
• Awards: Virtual runners are not eligible for overall or age group awards.

Little Ladies Loop

• Ages: Open for ages 0 - 10.
• Event Time: Begins at 9:40 AM after the USATF Award Ceremony.
• Involvement: Moms and dads can run for free with their little ladies.
• Registration: Just register your little lady to participate.

The Festival

• Activities: Includes finishing festival with music and various vendors.
• Ceremonies: USATF Division Award and Open Division Award ceremonies will take place.
• Concluding Time: The festival will end around 10:30 AM.
• Awards: Recognitions for top 5 overall women, masters, grandmasters, and age divisions.

Awards Overview

• Overall Awards: Top 5 women in Open Division recognized.
• Masters & Grand Masters: Awards for overall winners.
• Pink Division: Top 3 recognized and awarded.
• Walking Division: Top 3 recognized and awarded.

General Notes

• Age Division Awards: Top 3 in each age division receive an award.
• Note: Top overall winners are not eligible for age group awards.
