👟 In-Person 5K Option

Want to complete your 3.1 miles in-person with an awesome group? Join us on September 14 at 8:30am at Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital to walk, run, or bike a 5K as a community. All ages, strollers, and even pups are welcome!

• 7:30am – Sign-in
• 8:15am – Warm-ups
• 8:30am – Ready, set, GO!

🌐 Virtual 5K Option

Here’s how a virtual 5K works: register first, then complete 3.1 miles at your own pace, wherever you like, whenever you like from September 1-30. Bike the West Orange Trail, hike at Oakland Nature Preserve, rollerblade around your neighborhood, it all counts. If you want to break it up into smaller segments, go for it!

In-Person 5K T-shirts and Medals:

• T-shirt Distribution: First come, first served
• Preferred Size: Select your size when registering
• Medals: Only for in-person participants
• Distribution: T-shirt at Check-In on race day

Virtual 5K T-shirts:

• T-shirt Distribution: First come, first served
• Preferred Size: Select your size when registering
• Medals: Assorted medals from past years available at pickup

Thursday, October 2 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Healthy West Orange Building at 1200 E Plant Street, Winter Garden.
