👟 In-Person 5K Option

• Join us: September 13 at 8:30am
• Location: Orange Technical College - West Campus
• Activities: Walk, run, or bike a 5K on the West Orange Trail
• Participants: All ages, strollers, and dogs welcome!

🕒 In-Person 5K Schedule

• 7:30am: Sign-in begins
• 8:15am: Warm-ups
• 8:30am: Ready, set, GO!

🌍 Virtual 5K Option

• Flexibility: Complete 3.1 miles at your own pace between September 1-30
• Locations: Anywhere you like - trails, neighborhoods, etc.
• Honor system: No need to submit miles
• Contact us: Share finish line photos on social media @healthywestorange or via email at selfie@healthywestorange.org

🏆 5K Prize Info

• In-Person T-shirts: First come, first served: select preferred size during registration
• Medals: Reserved for in-person participants only
• Virtual T-shirts: Same first come, first served policy, but no new medals
• Pickup: Assorted medals from past events available

📅 Virtual 5K Pickup Information

• Date: Thursday, October 2
• Time: 3:00pm to 7:00pm
• Location: Healthy West Orange Building, 1200 E Plant Street, Winter Garden
