2025 SAINT AIDAN HARVEST HOME TWILIGHT 5K

St. Aidan Parish and Blessed Francis Seelos Academy are pleased to invite you to our 8th St. Alphonsus Harvest Home Twilight One Mile Fun Run and 5K!

🌳 Event Location

This family-friendly event will take place in beautiful North Park at the Harmar Pavilion located close to the North Park Swimming Pool on South Ridge Drive.

🕕 Race Schedule

• Fun Run Start: 6:00 PM
• 5K Start: 6:30 PM
• Date: Friday, September 5, 2025

📅 Important Dates

• Last Day to Register for T-shirt: Wednesday, August 14th, 3:00 PM. After that date orders will be filled as received. If a size runs out, we will give the next size up until all t-shirts are distributed. Thank You!
• Last Day of Online Registration: Wednesday, September 4th, 12:00 PM
• Pre-Race Packet Pickup: Thursday, September 4th, 5-7 PM, Blessed Francis Seelos Academy entrance, 201 Church Road, Wexford, PA 15090
• Race Day Registration: Friday, September 5th, 4:00-5:45 PM (1 mile), 4:00-6:00 PM (5K), Harmar Pavilion (North Park)

🛤️ The Course

• 5K Course: A two-loop, 5K road race starting on South Ridge Drive ending between Harmar Pavilion and Pie Traynor Field.
• Kids' 1-Mile Fun Run: An out and back loop that follows part of the 5K course (ages 14 and under).
• Race Timing: The race will be timed by Miles of Smiles Timing Service. Results will be posted on the Miles of Smiles Website.

🏆 5K Awards

• Overall Finishers: Top 3 male and female (Trophies)
• Masters Finishers: Top 3 male and female (over 40, Trophies)
• Handcycle Finishers: Top 3
• Age Groups: Top 3 in 9 & under, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• Special Awards: 1st time 5K participant medal, Seelos Double Medal (Completing both the 5K and 1 mile events--14 & under only)

🥇 1 Mile Awards

• Overall Finishers: Top 3 male and female
• Age Groups: Top 3 in 5 and under, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14

🚗 Parking Information

Parking is at the North Park Pool Parking Lot. Walk to the Harmar Pavilion from the Parking Lot. All race proceeds will support Saint Aidan Parish and Blessed Francis Seelos Academy Catholic School.
