We're excited to introduce the ✨ Glow in the Park 5K & 1 Mile✨ (after dark!) which will take place at John Hunt Cross Country Park.
Event Purpose
- Funding Impact: In recent years funding has been cut for the Redstone Army 10 Miler Team.
- Direct Benefit: This event directly benefits Team Redstone's entry fee and travel to the Army 10 Miler in Washington DC.
Course Details
- Location: The race runs along the nationally renown John Hunt XC Park course.
- Footing: Features superb footing, with the course being 100% grass but manicured to provide fast times.
- Temperature: Average temperatures for race day are low of 65F, high of 85F.
Packet Pickup
- First Location: Packet pickup will be at The RunningLane Store Thursday 9/24 from 12-5 pm.
- Second Location: At John Hunt Cross Country Park on Friday evening from 4:30-6:30 pm.
