Race Overview
We're excited to introduce the ✨ Glow in the Park 5K & 1 Mile✨ (after dark!) which will take place at John Hunt Cross Country Park.
Purpose
- Funding Support: This event directly benefits Team Redstone's entry fee and travel to the Army 10 Miler in Washington DC.
- Community Impact: In recent years funding has been cut for the Redstone Army 10 Miler Team.
Course Information
- Location: The race runs along the nationally renowned John Hunt XC Park course.
- Footing: The course features superb footing, being 100% grass but manicured to provide fast times and great footing.
- Temperature: Average temperatures for race day are low of 65F, high of 85F.
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be at John Hunt Cross Country Park on Saturday evening from 5-6:45pm.
