Join us for the Heroes Run, featuring a 10K, 5K, and 1 Mile race on November 29, 2025. The event is hosted by the South Florida First Responders Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting the mental health of South Florida's First Responders.

💰 Where the Proceeds Go

All proceeds (minus vendor fees) will be donated to:

• Broward Sheriff's Office Benevolent Association
• Pompano Beach Fire Rescue Benevolent Association
• Pompano Beach Ocean Rescue Benevolent Association
• Direct Support: These organizations assist First Responders and their families during times of hardship and crisis.

🧠 Additional Support

• Stomping Out the Stigma: Provides free, confidential mental health counseling for First Responders. No names, no insurance, no reports—just help.
• First Responders Foundation (Florida Chapter): Rescues and places emotional support dogs with First Responders in need.
