The South Florida First Responders Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is proud to host a community benefit race dedicated to supporting the mental health of South Florida's First Responders.

This family-friendly event will feature:

• Fun Run: A great way to engage the community.
• 1-Mile: Perfect for families and those new to running.
• 5K: A competitive distance suitable for all levels.
• 10K: For the more experienced runners looking for a challenge.

💖 Where the Proceeds Go

All proceeds (minus vendor fees) will be donated to:

• Broward Sheriff's Office Benevolent Association: Supporting local first responders.
• Pompano Beach Fire Rescue Benevolent Association: Aiding firefighters in need.
• Pompano Beach Ocean Rescue Benevolent Association: Extending assistance to ocean rescue personnel.
• These organizations: Directly assist First Responders and their families during times of hardship and crisis.

🧠 Additional Support

Additional support will go to:

• Stomping Out the Stigma: Provides free, confidential mental health counseling for First Responders. No names, no insurance, no reports—just help.
• First Responders Foundation (Florida Chapter): Rescues and places emotional support dogs with First Responders in need.
