21st Annual GFRC Busa Bushwhack Trail Races

🏞️ Location

• Venue: Park, start, and finish at Brophy Elementary School, 575 Pleasant Street (Route 30), Framingham MA 01701.
• Carpool: Please carpool if you can.

🕒 Check-In

• Time: Begins at 7:30 AM and closes at 8:45 AM.
• Registration: Closes at midnight the prior day. Sorry, no race day registrations.

🌲 Course Description

• Trails: The natural trails (some hills, some rocks, & some roots) of Callahan State Park.
• Road Sections: The first 0.3 and last 0.6 mile of each race is on the road with a finish back at Brophy Elementary.

🚫 Safety Restrictions

• Pets: Sorry but pets are not allowed on the race course.
• Headphones: Headphones and Air Pods are discouraged.

🎉 Race Amenities

• Facilities: Indoor pre- and post-race festivities and use of facilities.
• Course Marking: Well-marked course with mile markers.
• Water Stops: There is one water stop on the 5.3 mile course and two water stops on the 10 mile course. See maps for locations.

🎁 Commemorative Gift

• Gift: Runners will receive a blue Busa Bushwhack 16"x32" Frigitowel Xtra Cool cooling towel.

🏆 Awards

• Trophies: Log Trophy Awards for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall male and female finishers.
• Age Group: 1st place finisher log trophy awards for male and female age groups: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
• Note: No duplicate age group awards for the overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
