Into the Darkness Night Trail Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

This is the Roanoke Valley’s most unique event. The course will take you through 3.6 miles of the Explore Park.

🌟 Race History

Following the successful Mountain Bike Nationals XCO event, we finally got out to the Explore Park to see what we could put together for our 19th Into the Darkness.

🚵‍♀️ Course Details

• Distance: 3.6 miles
• Configuration: The course will be totally different this year and we'll be running the XCO course in reverse.
• Surface: The course consists of .25 miles of asphalt road before putting you on twisty rolling single track for the rest of the event.
• Course Markings: The trails will be marked with reflective arrows, glow sticks, and the occasional surprise (nothing scary, this is a family event).
