Into the Darkness Night Trail Run

🌌 Event Overview

This is the Roanoke Valley’s most unique event. The course will take you through 3.6 miles of the Explore Park.

🏞️ Course Details

• New Course: Following the successful Mountain Bike Nationals XCO event, we finally got out to the Explore Park to see what we could put together for our 19th Into the Darkness.
• Reverse Route: The course will be totally different this year and we'll be running the XCO course in reverse.
• Trail Composition: The course consists of .25 miles of asphalt road before putting you on twisty rolling single track for the rest of the event.
• Wayfinding: The trails will be marked with reflective arrows, glow sticks, and the occasional surprise (nothing scary, this is a family event).

Every effort will be taken so that you will easily be able to find your way and stay on course.
