🎃 Event Overview

Join us for a lighthearted Halloween-themed 5K and 1 Mile run/walk that mixes costumes, candy, and a little movement for all ages, where the path is sprinkled with trick-or-treat stops along the way.

• Accessibility: By offering this fun, family friendly event at no cost, we strive to make fitness and connection accessible to everyone, regardless of financial means.
• Support: This event is supported by the generous donations of the many members of Wilmington Road Runners Club, and various other organizations and members of our community.
• Experience: We aim to create an inclusive, uplifting experience where neighbors can run, walk, and cheer side by side while building a stronger, healthier community one step at a time.

🏆 Awards and Contests

Following the race events, there will be an award ceremony for the 5K finishers and a costume contest for anyone who would like to participate.

🚸 Guidelines

• Strollers: Strollers are allowed on the course, but please keep them as close as possible to the left edge of the path to avoid accidents with other participants.
• Pets: Pets and/or animals of any kind whether leashed or unleashed are NOT allowed at the event at any time for the safety of everyone involved.
