About this race
Race Overview
- Organizer: The Topeka Lions Foundation, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) Not for profit organization operated by the Topeka Lions Club.
- Mission: Lions help purchase eye exams and eyeglasses for those who cannot afford to see.
- Community Need: The need for assistance has grown as more people in the Topeka community are homeless.
- Support: Raising funds now will allow us to keep serving those in need.

- Timing: This Walk/Run is not timed: however, it is a U.S. Track & Field Certified Fast, Flat Course for self-timing.
- Personal Best: Participants can self-time for their personal best if desired.

- Pickup Date: Friday, Oct. 17
- Location: Fleet Feet in Topeka
- Time: 4 pm to 7 pm
Mental Wellness Partnership
- New Partnership: This year we are partnering with the Emerald City Cosmopolitan Club.
- Focus: Bringing about the importance of Mental Health and Wellness.
- Information: Resources available at the event on recognizing signs of mental health concerns.
- Support: Be the supporting friend/associate that can make a difference.
