• What: 5 Distances, 5 days. 50K, Marathon, Half marathon, 10K, and 5K each day.
• Where: Cady Way Trail Head, 2529 Cady Way, Winter Park, FL 32792
• Start Times: 50K and Marathon—6:00 am: Half Marathon—6:10 am: 5K and 10K—7:00 am.
• Time Limit: 9.5 hours (or so)

• Note: These are low-key, bare bones, casual events.
• Expectations: Set your expectations low—very low—to minimize disappointment.
• Logistics: Easy logistics, great course, abundant friendliness, and convenient parking.
• Participation: If you're still interested, here’s what to expect.

🏅 What You Will Not Get

• No: Age group awards, cleverly designed t-shirt or hat, bling, race bag filled with goodies.
• No: Spectators lining the course, crowds cheering you, hearty food at the finish, or exciting music.
• No: A party afterward.

🎖️ What You Will Get

• Low Entry Fees: Affordable registration costs.
• Nice Finisher’s Medal: All participants will receive a medal.
• Basic Support: Course support includes water, Gatorade, sodas, and snacks.
• Friendly Environment: Lots of support from staff and fellow runners.

🚩 Start/Finish and Aid Station

• Location: Small pavilion where you may leave a drop bag.
• Aid Station: You will pass this station twice each lap.
• Supplies: Water, Gatorade, sodas, and light snacks including pickles and pickle juice.

🏞️ Course Information

• Trail Type: Paved, urban run/bike trail that is flat and partly shaded.
• Course Layout: Open course with two street crossings: you are responsible for crossing safely.
• Loops: The 50K/marathon/half marathon is a double out-and-back loop of approximately 2.2 miles.

🔔 Finish Line Instructions

• Notify Timer: Ring the bell at the timing table to record your time.
• Hand Timing: Remember we are hand-timed, you must inform us of your finish.

💧 Hydration Policy

• Bring Your Own: Hydration device like a water bottle or hydration pack.
• Drink Station: Small cups will be available for soda at the start/finish area.

🌟 Lighting Requirements

• Headlamp Needed: If you start at 6:00 or 6:10, a light will be required for the first half hour.
