🕒 Start Times

• 50K and Marathon: 6:00 am
• Half Marathon: 6:10 am
• 5K and 10K: 7:00 am
• Time limit: 9.5 hours (or so)

🥤 Start/Finish and Aid Station

• Location: The start and finish are in a small pavilion.
• Drop Bags: You may leave a drop bag at the pavilion.
• Aid Station: Snacks like pickles and olives.
• Refreshments: Water, Gatorade, sodas, and light snacks.

🏞️ Course Description

• Trail Type: Paved, urban run/bike trail, flat and partly shaded.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for safely crossing two street crossings.
• Loops: 50K—14 loops plus 2 "baby" loops: Marathon—12 loops: Half Marathon—6 loops.
• Sharing: The trail is popular, so be prepared to share.

🏁 Finish Procedures

• Timing: Ring the bell at the timing table to report your finish.
• Accuracy: Only way to get an accurate time due to hand timing.
• Finisher's Medal: Simple medal for completion.
• Expectations: Low-key event with friendly support.

💧 Cupless Policy

• Hydration: Bring your own hydration device—bottle, belt, or pack.
• Additional: Small cups will be available for soda.
• Start Preparation: Light required for early start at 6:00 or 6:10.
