This isn't your average road race. We're trading pavement for the scenic, rolling hills and challenging singletrack of William B. Umstead State Park. You'll wind through a beautiful landscape of pine forests, past tranquil lakes, and across babbling streams. Every step is an opportunity to connect with nature and push your limits.

🛑 Aid Stations

You won't be on your own out there. Our well-stocked aid stations will be your oasis on the trails, staffed with enthusiastic volunteers ready to cheer you on and keep you moving. We'll have everything you need to fuel your journey, including:

• Hydration: Water and a variety of sports drinks to keep your electrolytes balanced.
• Salty Snacks: Chips, pretzels, and other salty treats to replenish what you've lost through sweat.
• Sweet Treats: Energy gels, cookies, candy, and fruit to give you a quick burst of energy.
• First Aid: Basic supplies like Vaseline and bandages to help with any minor issues.
