Fit & Able is proud to bring back the Turkey Chase! We hope you enjoyed the delicious Thanksgiving eats with your friends and family. But now it's time to burn off the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and pie! With three distances - including a 5K, 10K, and 13.1 - you can choose your challenge!
Check-in and parking are located at RallyPoint Sports Grill in Harrison Square. Participants will be transported by bus both to and from the race start/finish in Umstead Park.

Ultra Series 65.5
BUT have you ever wanted to run an ultra-marathon without having to actually run an ultra-marathon? With the Ultra Series 65.5 you can do just that when you complete all five Fit & Able 13.1 races - a combined total of 65.5 miles! - and we will combine your finish times for another extra set of awards!
Race Schedule
All races will have a staggered start beginning at 8:30 AM in order of distance and the course closes for all races at 11:30 AM. Please consider your race pace when deciding which event to run. * For any participants who feel they may need some extra time, please contact us at info@fitandable.net.
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH TURKEY CHASE REGISTRATION:
- Race Options: IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL 5K, 10K, & 13.1
- Finisher's Medal: Turkey Chase finishers medal and knit hat or fleece warmer included for all 5K, 10K, and 13.1 participants. (guaranteed if signed up by Nov. 15th). Shirts available for purchase separately.
- Awards: Over $8,500 in potential in-person & virtual Overall (Top 3 Male/Female each race), Age Group (Top 3 Male/Female each age group), Picking Up the Pace, & New Course Record awards.
