• Course: Scenic 5K along the Silver Comet Trail
• Activities: Inflatables, food trucks, games, and music by J103
• Cause: Supporting Spinal Cord Injury Survivors

5K Course Description

This 5K is an out-and-back route that starts and finishes in Nathan Dean Park, utilizing the beautiful Silver Comet Trail with slight inclines along the river.

1 Mile Course Description

The 1 Mile is an out-and-back route starting and finishing in Nathan Dean Park, enjoying scenic views along the Silver Comet Trail.

Tot Trot Course Description

This adorable run for kids ages 6 & under allows them to run about 50 yards and experience crossing the finish line like the grown-ups, accompanied by parents/guardians.

Top 3 Overall (Male & Female)
Top Master (Male & Female)
Top 3 in each Age Category (Male & Female): 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over.

Note: The '1 Mile' and the 'Tot Trot' are mostly for fun, but participation is encouraged!

Parking Information

There is plenty of FREE parking available at Nathan Dean Park (Sports Complex 100 Industrial Dr., Rockmart, GA 30153).

Dogs & Strollers

For safety reasons, dogs are not permitted on the 5K route but are allowed on leashes for the 1 Mile Run/Walk.

Cancellation / Weather / Refunds

This event will be held rain or shine. If conditions necessitate cancellation, no credits or refunds will be provided. Registered participants will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
