La Carrera 5k

Date & Starting Time:

• Date: Saturday, January 10th, 2026
• 1/2 Mile Fun Run: at 8:00 a.m.
• 5k: at 8:15 a.m.

Registration:

• Early Registration: $25 through December 27th (includes T-shirt).
• Late Registration: $30 from December 28th through January 9th.
• Race Day Registration: $35 on race day, begins at 7:15 a.m. at the race site.

T-shirts & Race Packet Pick-Up:

• Packet Pick-Up: Held at Sportspectrum on January 8th from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Additional Pick-Up: January 9th from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and January 10th starting at 7:15 a.m.

Awards:

• Overall Winners: Male and Female finishers in the 5k will receive a $100 cash prize.
• Age Group Medals: 1st and 2nd place age group winners will receive a medal.

Age Groups:

• Categories: 14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Post Party:

• Refreshments: Stay after the race for refreshments.
• Awards Ceremony: Join us for the awards!

Donations & Sleep in Supporters:

• Support LA CARRERA/RASA: Register as a supporter if you can't run.
• Receive a T-shirt: Supporters still receive a shirt without the sweat.

Special Note:

• Allowed on Course: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers at a walking pace only.
• Prohibited: No in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers allowed on the run course.
