La Carrera 5k

🗓️ Date & Starting Time:

Saturday, January 10th, 2026

• 1/2 Mile Fun Run: 8:00 a.m.
• 5k: 8:15 a.m.

📝 Registration:

• Registration Fee: $25 through December 27th (includes T-shirt).
• Late Registration: $30 from December 28th to January 9th, $35 on race day.
• Race Day Registration: Begins at 7:15 a.m. at the race site.

👕 T-shirts & Race Packet Pick-Up:

Packet pick-up will be held at Sportspectrum on:

• Thursday, January 8th: 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
• Friday, January 9th: 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Race Day: January 10th, starting at 7:15 a.m. at the race site.

🏆 Awards:

Overall Male and Female finishers in the 5k will receive:

• Cash Prize: $100 for each of the overall winners.
• Medals: 1st and 2nd place age group winners.

👶 Age Groups:

14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

🎉 Post Party:

Be sure to stay after the race for refreshments and awards!

⚠️ Special Note:

Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand-pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walking pace only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates, or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on the run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!
