Event Overview

Let’s burn off as many calories as possible before the bird even comes out of the oven! 🦃✨Join FloDash runners and walkers for the 6th Annual AdventHealth Groveland Turkey Trot 5K & 10K presented by LiveTrends Design Group as we kick off Thanksgiving morning with a nationwide tradition for the whole family.

Course Details

• Scenic Course: Our scenic course showcases Groveland's beautiful hills along Wilson Lake Parkway, with closed roads thanks to the incredible support of Lake County, the City of Groveland, and the Groveland Police Department.
• 10K Terrain: For those tackling the 10K, a portion of the course includes hard-packed off-road terrain, which will remain open to cars but will be clearly marked for your safety.
• Event Atmosphere: Whether you’re running or walking, this event promises a fun and festive way to start your Thanksgiving.

Participant Information

• Included Items: All participants will receive a chip timed bib, a race shirt, a finisher's medal and a post race snack and beverage.
• Registration Requirement: All runners and walkers on the course MUST BE REGISTERED. Anyone running without a bib is subjecting themselves to a misdemeanor and putting the race in jeopardy.
• Pacing Policy: If you want to pace a child, spouse or friend, you MUST register as well. BANDIT AND PACING RULES
• Registration Notes: There may be race day registration if we are not sold out but the price does go up so register early and save.

Important Policies

• Refund Policy: Please read our refund/exchange bib policy and our Frequently Asked Questions to get all the information you need. There are no refunds, but we do have a generous exchange policy.

• Referral Rewards: WE HAVE THE BEST REFERRAL REWARDS!!! FloDash Events will refund you $20 as a thank you when you get 5 friends to sign up using the referral link you receive with your registration confirmation email.
• Food Drive: We will conduct a collection of non perishables during packet pickup and race day that will be delivered to the local non profit the FAITH Neighborhood Center.

Race Day Schedule

• 10K Start: 7:15am
• 5K Start: 7:20am

• Packet Pickup: Stop by Dash Sports at 741 W Montrose Street in Downtown Clermont on Tuesday Nov 25th 1 PM - 6PM or Wednesday Nov 26th from 1 pm - 6 pm or race day morning at the race venue from 6:00am-7:00am.

Awards and Recognition

• Award Ceremony: The amazing awards provided by Live Trends Design Group will begin at 8:45am with the 5K results and followed by the 10K results shortly after.
• Award Categories: Categories include top 3 Male and Female overall, Male and Female Masters, and top 3 in age groups.
• Living Art Awards: Awards from LiveTrends Design Group add a whole new layer of sophistication to our recognition moments.
• Results: Results can be checked online at the end of the event. Awards must be picked up during the ceremony and will not be held post-race.

Team Discounts and Restrictions

• Family Discounts: Bring the whole gang and take advantage of our group pricing when 4 or more members register under the same team name.
• Registrations: Teams of 4 or more will receive $5 off each registration.
• Stroller Policy: For safety reasons, NO pets of any kind are allowed on the race course during the event.
• Service Dogs: Service dogs will be allowed and we ask that you please line up at the end of the pack.
