🦃 Event Overview

Let’s burn off as many calories as possible before the bird even comes out of the oven! ✨Join FloDash runners and walkers for the 6th Annual AdventHealth Groveland Turkey Trot 5K & 10K presented by LiveTrends Design Group as we kick off Thanksgiving morning with a nationwide tradition for the whole family.

🏞️ Course Details

• Scenic Course: Our scenic course showcases Groveland's beautiful hills along Wilson Lake Parkway.
• Closed Roads: Thanks to the incredible support of Lake County, the City of Groveland, and the Groveland Police Department.
• 10K Terrain: A portion of the 10K course includes hard-packed off-road terrain.
• Safety Markings: The off-road areas will be clearly marked for your safety.

🎉 Participation and Benefits

• Inclusions: All participants will receive a chip timed bib, a race shirt, a finisher's medal and a post race snack and beverage.
• Registration: All runners and walkers on the course MUST BE REGISTERED.
• Pacing Rules: If you want to pace a child, spouse or friend, you MUST register as well. BANDIT AND PACING RULES
• Early Registration: Please read our refund/exchange bib policy to get all the information you need.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date and Location: Stop by Dash Sports at 741 W Montrose Street in Downtown Clermont.
• Pickup Time: Tuesday Nov 25th and Wednesday Nov 26th from 1 PM - 6 PM, or race day morning at the race venue from 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM.
• Virtual Packets: Packets will automatically be shipped within two weeks after the race.
• Race Day Registration: There may be race day registration if we are not sold out, but the price does go up.

🏆 Awards and Recognition

• Award Ceremony: The amazing awards will begin at 8:45 AM with the 5K results and followed by the 10K results shortly after.
• Award Categories: Top 3 Male and Female overall in 5K and 10K, as well as in age groups.
• Living Art Awards: Awards from LiveTrends Design Group are living art pieces that blend nature and design.
• Results: Results can be checked online at the end of the event.

👩‍👧‍👦 Team Discounts

• Group Pricing: Bring the whole gang and take advantage of our group pricing when 4 or more members register under the same team name.
• Refunds: The first 3 registrants will pay full price, and once the team minimum is reached, they will receive a $5 refund.
• Automatic Discounts: All subsequent registrations will automatically reflect the $5 discount at checkout.
• Team Spirit: Join us together and participate in this festive event as a group!

🐾 Race Guidelines

• Pet Policy: For safety reasons, NO pets of any kind are allowed on the race course during the event.
• Service Dogs: Service dogs will be allowed, but must line up at the end of the pack.
• Safety Equipment: Bicycles, skateboards, or any other non-authorized motorized carts or vehicles are not allowed on the race course.
• Stroller Policy: Strollers should line up at the back of the pack.
