Race Overview

Let’s burn off as many calories as possible before the bird even comes out of the oven! 🦃✨ Join FloDash runners and walkers for the 7th Annual AdventHealth Groveland Turkey Trot 5K &: 10K presented by LiveTrends Design Group as we kick off Thanksgiving morning with a nationwide tradition for the whole family.

Course Details

• Scenic Route: Our scenic course showcases Groveland's beautiful hills along Wilson Lake Parkway.
• Closed Roads: Enjoy closed roads thanks to the incredible support of Lake County, the City of Groveland, and the Groveland Police Department.
• 10K Terrain: A portion of the 10K course includes hard-packed off-road terrain, clearly marked for safety.
• Family Friendly: Whether you’re running or walking, this event promises a fun and festive way to start your Thanksgiving.

Registration Information

• Participation: All participants will receive a chip-timed bib, a race shirt, a finisher's medal, and a post-race snack and beverage.
• Registration Requirement: All runners and walkers on the course MUST BE REGISTERED.
• Bandit and Pacing Rules: If you want to pace a child, spouse, or friend, you MUST register as well. BANDIT AND PACING RULES.

Community Involvement

• Food Collection: Thanksgiving is about giving back. We will conduct a collection of non-perishables during packet pickup and race day for the FAITH Neighborhood Center.
• Awards: The awards from LiveTrends Design Group are living art pieces that add sophistication to our recognition moments.
• Event Start Times: 10K at 7:15 am, 5K at 7:20 am.

Pickup and Virtual Information

• Packet Pickup: Stop by Dash Sports at 741 W Montrose Street in Downtown Clermont on Tuesday Nov 24th or Wednesday Nov 25th from 1 PM - 6 PM, or race day morning from 6:00 am - 7:00 am.
• Virtual Packets: Packets will be shipped within two weeks after the race.
• Share Your Race: Feel free to post a picture of yourself completing the race and tag us @flodashevents #flodashrunner #virtualrace.
• AWARDS: Results can be checked online at the end of the event.

Discounts and Restrictions

• Team Discounts: Register 4 or more members under the same team name to receive $5 off each registration.
• Stroller and Dog Restrictions: For safety reasons, NO pets of any kind are allowed on the race course during the event.
• Service Dogs: Allowed, but please line up at the end of the pack.
• Transportation: Bicycles, skateboards, or any other non-authorized vehicles are not allowed on the race course.
