Thriller Lake - 12, 6, 3 Hour and Trick or Treat Fun Run

👻 Race Overview

The Thriller Lake Endurance Run is a 12, 6, and 3 hour timed loop event on the 2.2 mile loop around Miller Lake at Little Mulberry Park in Gwinnett County, GA. It's a Halloween party combined with a race, featuring runners in costume, food, and music.

🎃 Trick or Treat Fun Run

The Trick or Treat Fun Run is for kids and adults of all ages looking for a trick or treat experience in a fun, safe, and positive community setting. Participants will complete one loop of the Miller Lake paved 2.2 mile trail with plenty of opportunities to experience the magic of Halloween.

• Encouragement: Costumes are highly encouraged, practically required!
• Experience: Several trick or treat stations along the course with costumed volunteers and candy!
• Difficulty: You don’t have to run, but as night falls, things may only get stranger…. Just kidding… Or am I?

🌕 Event Details

Seriously though, the Fun Run will start at 630 PM, just as the sun starts to set, aka dusk.

• Duration: Most walkers can complete this loop easily under an hour and should be done before full dark (7:30 PM).
• Safety: Bring a flashlight, headlamp, old-timey oil lantern, or a lit torch if you’re concerned about the dark.
• Strollers: Allowed, but no bicycles, scooters, or motorized devices unless medically necessary.
• Awareness: Always be aware of others using the trail and keep to the right when others need to pass.

🎉 Participant Perks

The fun run will not be timed. Instead, every participant will get a glow-in-the-dark wrist band when you check in, so that our volunteers will know who is participating in the event.

• Treat Bags: A special treat bag available for kids, or they can bring their own!
• Costume Contest: The top two best costumes will be acknowledged and the overall BEST costume will receive tickets to a Falcons game.

☕ Refreshments

PERC Coffee will be brewed on site for all participants, spectators, and crew!
