History
Established: Beginning as a celebration of the Lake Houston Parkway bridge
Duration: The iconic BridgeFest event has supported the Lake Houston community for 35 years.
Purpose: Aimed at strengthening the community by bringing together hundreds for entertainment and runs/walks for all ages.
Collaboration: The Lake Houston YMCA and The Rotary Club of the Lake Houston Area are partnering for this year's event.

Race Events
Activities: Fun family festival, chip-timed 5k, and 1-mile run/walk (adaptive-friendly).
New Features: Both 5K and 1-Mile races will be chip-timed in 2026.
Participation Perks: Each participant receives a custom bib, finisher medal, and BridgeFest race shirt!
