Al Lewis 10-Miler and 5 Miler

Event Schedule and Course

• 7:30am: Runner check-in begins
• 8:00am: 10-Miler Start
• 8:15am: 5-Miler Start
• 9:30am: Awards Presentation begins for Overall Winners

10 Mile race will start at 8:00 am and will be a double out and back around Hains Point (inside the gate to inside the gate).

5 Mile race will start at 8:15 a.m.

Directions to the Race

• Location: The race will follow Ohio Dr SW, around Hains Point on East Potomac Park, Washington, DC.
• Starting Line: The starting line will be on Ohio Dr SW, close to the entrance to the Golf range, at the Eastern Gate to East Potomac Park, facing the Washington Channel (you see the Wharf on the other side of the water).
• By Car: From 395, Take Exit 2 from 395 North or Ohio Drive from 395 South. Parking will be limited, so first-come-first-serve.
• Additional Parking: If parking at the tennis court on Buckeye Drive is full, proceed to Parking Lot B NPS on the Potomac side of the Peninsula.

If both parking lots are full, continue on Ohio Dr SW for street parking after the bridge.
