Please join us for our 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run in support of Colon Cancer Awareness! We are so excited to have our first annual 5K! This is a family-friendly event, and we would love for your children to come as well!

- Date: Saturday, March 7th, 2026
- Location: 261 Old 431 Hwy, Owens Cross Roads, AL
- 5K Start Time: 8:00am
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk Start Time: 9:00am
Course Details
The 5K will go through the green belt by Hampton Cove Middle School. Both the 5K and the 1 Mile Fun Run will be an out and back track.
Participant Information
- Included Items: All participants for the 5K and the 1 Mile Fun Run will get a t-shirt and a medal!
- Awards: Awards will be announced after the race.
- Proceeds: All proceeds from the race will remain LOCAL!
- Beneficiary: Proceeds will go to the Russel Hill Cancer Foundation to help support local patients who are battling colon cancer.
