2026 Greater Sacramento Polar Plunge & Runs

Event Overview

• Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026
• Location: Granite Bay Main Beach at Folsom Lake, 8099 Douglas Bv.d, Granite Bay, CA
• Race Options: Choose between a 5K timed trail run or a 1K fun run/walk
• Participation: You can choose to do the Run or do the Run and Plunge

Event Details and Schedule

• Purpose: Funds raised will support sports, health, and educational programming for Special Olympics
• Commemorative Medal: All participants will receive a medal
• Post-Race Fun: Raise an additional $125 to participate in the Plunge
• Incentives: Participants will receive a Polar Plunge t-shirt and lunch
