📅 Program Description

• Event Duration: Join us in this 8-week social movement series for walkers, interval-trainers, and runners.
• Community Aspect: Enjoy camaraderie over a cup of coffee while exploring the Town of Vinton.
• Inclusivity: Open to all ages and paces, encouraging everyone to stay active during winter.
• Goal: Finish out 2025 strong and kick off 2026 right, challenging ourselves in winter weather.

• Open Invitation: The series is open to the public: all ages and paces are welcome.
• Share the Experience: Have family visiting for the holidays? Bring them along!
• Community Focus: Showcase our incredible community at Fleet Feet Roanoke and RND Coffee.
• Scenic Routes: Enjoy the beauty of the Roanoke River Greenway System.

🕒 Dates/Time/Location

• Event Dates: Saturdays November 29 - January 17
• Start Time: 8am
• Location: RND Coffee - Vinton
• Registration Deadline: Registration through RunSignUp concludes on 11/29/25.

🛤️ Routes & Perks

• Route Options: Weekly routes will include 1.5-mile, 3-mile, and 5-mile options.
• Social Benefit: Great way to meet new walking/running friends and stay accountable during winter.
• Punch Card: Receive a punch card and a special "star punch" from Coach Pat for each meetup.
• Free Reward: After 5 punches, get a FREE coffee on us!

📋 Rules and Requirements

• Emergency Contact: Participants must carry emergency contact information at all times.
• Etiquette: Follow Greenway etiquette and be respectful of other pedestrians.
• Inclusivity: Open to all paces and experience levels.
• Safety Tips: Encourage reflectivity and lights for minimal sunlight, and hydration for all participants.
