Swim Segment
- Distance: 400 Meters
- Location: Russel Sim Aquatic Center
- Features: 50-meter lanes
- Type: Serpentine swim
Bike Segment

- Route: From park left onto Veterans Blvd
- Scenery: Traversing through neighborhood roadways
- Return: Loop back to the park via Veterans
Run Segment
- Distance: 5k
- Start: In Park at Transition
- Type: Out and back in the Park and trails
- Surface: Paved and rock chip

- Finishers Medal: Those that finish will receive a finishers medal
- Awards: Top 3 male and female overall
- Age Groups: Awards for top 3 in multiple age groups from 15-19 to 80+
Sanctioning
- Status: This event is USA Triathlon Sanctioned
- Requirement: Each participant must have a USAT Annual Membership
- Membership: Available for one-day purchase through registration
Kids Triathlon
- Time: 9:30am following the adult event
- Course: 50-meter swim, a 3-mile bike, and a 1-mile run
- Planning: Kids' courses are being redeveloped for safety
- Series: Part of the USA Triathlon Youth State Series
