We are excited to bring back the Bowling Green Sprint Triathlon at the Preston Miller Park in 2026! Let's Go!

🏊 Swim Segment

• Distance: 400 Meters
• Location: Russel Sim Aquatic Center
• Features: 50-meter lanes to stretch out and build your speed!
• Format: This is a serpentine swim.

🚴‍♀️ Bike Segment

• Distance: 14 miles
• Route: From park left onto Veterans Blvd
• Details: Traverses through some neighborhood roadways
• Return: Making a loop and coming back to the park via Veterans.

🏃 Run Segment

• Distance: 5k
• Start: In Park at Transition
• Type: Out and back in the Park and trails
• Surface: Paved and rock chip along the run.

🎁 Participant Information

• Shirt: Each participant will get a shirt with their registration.
• Finishers Gift: All participants receive a finishers gift.
• Awards: Top 3 male and female overall, top masters male and female overall, and top 3 in various age groups.
• Age Groups: Includes 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

🏅 USAT Sanctioned Event

This event is USA Triathlon Sanctioned, and each participant will be required to have a USAT Annual Membership, available for one day purchase through registration.

👦👧 Kids Triathlon

The Kids Triathlon will be taking place at 9:30am following the adult event. The kid's event will consist of a 50-meter swim, a 3-mile bike and a 1-mile run. The kid's courses are being redeveloped as we work with the city officials for the safest course! This event is part of the USA Triathlon Youth State Series.
