Swim Segment

• Distance: 400 Meters
• Location: Russel Sim Aquatic Center
• Features: 50-meter lanes
• Type: Serpentine swim

Bike Segment

• Distance: 14 miles
• Route: From park left onto Veterans Blvd
• Scenery: Traversing through neighborhood roadways
• Return: Loop back to the park via Veterans

Run Segment

• Distance: 5k
• Start: In Park at Transition
• Type: Out and back in the Park and trails
• Surface: Paved and rock chip

Participant Information

• Shirt: Each participant will get a shirt with their registration
• Finishers Medal: Those that finish will receive a finishers medal
• Awards: Top 3 male and female overall
• Age Groups: Awards for top 3 in multiple age groups from 15-19 to 80+

Sanctioning

• Status: This event is USA Triathlon Sanctioned
• Requirement: Each participant must have a USAT Annual Membership
• Membership: Available for one-day purchase through registration

Kids Triathlon

• Time: 9:30am following the adult event
• Course: 50-meter swim, a 3-mile bike, and a 1-mile run
• Planning: Kids' courses are being redeveloped for safety
• Series: Part of the USA Triathlon Youth State Series
