Event Overview

St Francis Hospice presents the D.A.S.H In Life 5K on Saturday, November 08, 2025 at 7:30 AM!

• Purpose: Join us in honoring Veterans with Devotion Admiration Service and Honor at the DASH in Life 5K benefiting the "We Honor Veterans" Program at St. Francis Hospice.
• Community Impact: Together, we will ensure they feel the gratitude of our nation for their service.
• Event Format: You and your team can run in honor or memory of a Veteran: options include walking, running, marching, or spirit running.
• Inclusivity: This event is open to all ages and welcomes strollers, with guidance to line up behind the runners.

Location Details

The event will take place at the beautiful Brevard Veterans Memorial Center on Merritt Island. Service animals are the only pets permitted.

Ceremony Details

• Celebration: Stay after the race to help celebrate the Veterans in attendance with a special pinning ceremony.
• Participation: Veterans please indicate status on registration to be included in pinning.

Packet Pickup

• Date: November 7th from 10:00 am - 6:30 pm at Running Zone (3696 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32935).
• Date: November 8th from 6:30 am - 7:15 am at Brevard Veterans Memorial Center (400 S Sykes Creek Pkwy, Merritt Island, FL 32952).

Awards

• Top 3 Overall: Male & Female.
• Top Masters: Male & Female (40+).
• Top Grand Masters: Male & Female (50+).
• Top Senior Grand Masters: (60+).
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male & Female in each category from 8 & under to 80+.

• Race T-shirts: One shirt per racer guaranteed if registered by October 7, 2025.
• Challenge Coin: To all finishers!
• Post-Race Offers: Drinks and nutrition available after the race.
• Route: Scenic route in a beautiful park.
