Run, Walk, and Rally to End Senior Hunger with Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels!
Join us Saturday, October 3 at 10 AM for our Oktoberfeast-themed 5K Fun Run & Walk along the beautiful Columbia River. Whether you’re racing for a personal best, strolling with friends, bringing the kids (and dogs!), or just showing up for the fun—this event is all about coming together for a cause that stays right here at home!
Start & Finish: 2600 North Columbia Center Boulevard
(Parking near New Vintage Church)
Everyone Is Welcome
- Participants: Runners, walkers, strollers, wheelchair users, kids, teams, and dogs are all encouraged to join.
- Costumes: And yes… costumes are highly encouraged too!
Make Your Miles Matter
New this year: every participant is a fundraiser—but it’s totally flexible.
- Fundraising: When you register, you’ll automatically get your own fundraising page where friends, family, and coworkers can support your 5K.
- Flexibility: Fundraise as much or as little as you’d like, no minimum required—your registration is enough to participate.
- Team Options: Want to go all in? Form a team or even create a page for your dog.
- Virtual Participation: Can't come in person? Consider selecting our virtual 5K option to still help support our cause to outrun Senior hunger!

- Awards: Top Fundraiser Award

- Timing: Timed race option with prizes
Free Community After-Party
The finish line is just the beginning!
Stick around for a free OktoberFeast-style celebration open to everyone—even if you didn’t participate in the race.

- Beer: Beer garden
- Activities: Family activities, Kid Zone, Dog Zone, and more!
Location: Located at the Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels campus (right by the end of the race)
Festivities continue until 2 PM
Registration Details
- Registration: Online registration open until the night before
- On-Site: Day-of registration available on-site
- T-Shirt Guarantee: Register by September 9 to guarantee your event t-shirt (Later registrations will receive shirts after the event)
- Virtual Racing: Virtual Racing option available
