The Park CDC 5K Domestic Violence Awareness Run/Walk is a vital event highlighting the problem of domestic violence in our community. This virtual race takes place on October 31, 2026 at 808 Briar Creek Rd, Charlotte, NC.

Mission

• Purpose: The mission of The Park CDC 5K is to raise awareness about domestic violence.

Goal

• Funding: To raise money for awareness initiatives and generate critical funds for Safe Alliance.
• Support: Funds will also support The Park CDC Healthy Living Initiative and other victim services programs.

Events and Pricing

• 5K: $30 through June 25: $40 on Race Day.
• 5K (K-12): $15 through Race Day.
• Couples 5K: $50 through Race Day.
• Virtual: $20 through June 26.

Team Registration

• Team Runners: $22 per person for teams of 5 or more.
• First Person: Pays $25.
• Team Captains: Must register the entire team.

Shirt Guarantee

• Registration Deadline: Shirts are guaranteed to those who register by 11:59 PM on Monday, June 14.
• Availability: After that, shirts will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, June 25th.
• Time: 10 AM - 6 PM.
